The main products for the applications described above are:
General-purpose release agent, wax based and silicone free. It is particularly suitable for printing parts to be subjected to post-finishing treatments such as gluing, painting, screen printing, etc. It is suitable for application on polyester, epoxy, wood or metal resin molds. Also recommended for the basic treatment of molds before applying a polyvinyl alcohol-based release agent.
Comprehensive range of technical release agents designed to meet the needs of industrial molding, ensuring effective, safe and adaptable demolding for different types of materials and surfaces. Solutions offered include wax-based, pellicular and silicone release agents, each with specific characteristics to optimize the production process and improve the quality of the final result.
Polymeric release agent, specifically formulated for the molding of epoxy, polyester, vinylester, phenolic, and thermosetting resins. DSP 303 M is composed of an advanced polymer resin in a blend of non-chlorinated organic solvents. DSP 303 M is easy and quick to apply, and it allows for multiple releases with a single application.
Polymeric release agent, designed for molding epoxy, polyester, vinyl ester, phenolic and thermoset resins. DSP 304 is made of an advanced polymeric resin in a blend of NON-chlorinated organic solvents.
DSP 304 is easy and quick to apply. Able to allow many moldings with a single application.
Polymeric release agent, designed for the molding of epoxy, reinforced polyester (GRP) and vinyl ester resins on gelcoat-based resin molds. DSP 325 M is made from an advanced polymer resin and microcrystalline waxes in a blend of NON-chlorinated organic solvents. It can be applied easily and quickly, ensuring multiple releases with a single application.
A polymeric sealer/release agent born from the evolution of the previous DSPT 301 M, designed for the molding of articles in epoxy, polyester and vinylester gelcoat resin, loaded with glass fiber, Kevlar, carbon and other reinforcing materials on metal molds. DSPT 301 ME is a sealant designed to fill microporosities and eliminate small surface imperfections of the mold, giving a smooth and very shiny surface.
A mixture of solvents designed to remove dirt, grease and grease from the surface of the mold, it is particularly efficient for removing silicone, wax or other type of build-up from the mold. PULITORE MC is designed not to soften or dull molds produced with special materials (such as GRP), consequently it can be used on molds of any metal or molds produced with thermosetting materials.
Designed to seal all types of highly porous substrates such as epoxy and polyurethane boards, MDF, polyester molds with or without gel-coat, and epoxy molds. It is a highly concentrated resin blend in a solvent mixture. RIPARATORE RS can be applied by cloth or spray. Its fast drying makes it suitable as a primer before applying a semi-permanent release agent (e.g., DSPT 302), and it can also be used to restore the gloss of an old mold.
