Floorings and wall coatings with acrylic trowel finish
Trias Chem offers different products for the realization of floorings with acrylic trowel finish.
As with the specific cementitious-based products, also in the acrylic-based products, we took into account the technical and operational construction site needs as well as the quality ones.
For the application both on the floor and on the wall, the user is supported by specific cycles, results of years of experience on construction sites.
All products are water-based and ready to use.
Our finishes are aliphatic, and they possess certification for accidental food contact as well as for resistance to chemical agents (Ref. EN 12720:2009).
The main products for the applications described above are:
Primer is water-based and one component product. Very good permeation on porous surfaces. It is also used as a bonding layer for applications of one-component water-based putty.
Water- based putty, small size quartz filled. Suitable for creating decorative floor and wall coatings with a trowel -effect finish.
Water- based putty, medium size quartz filled. Suitable for creating decorative floor as first hand and wall coatings with a trowel -effect finish where a materic look is required.
Two-component aliphatic polyurethane system solvent based for high foot traffic floors.
Glossy antiscratching (95 gloss)
Two-component aliphatic antiscratching treatment specific for micro cement surfaces. Matt finish ( 20 gloss).
Two-component aliphatic polyurethane system for floors with high surface resistance. Matt antiscratching (8 gloss).
Two-component aliphatic antiscratching treatment specific for micro cement surfaces. Matt finish ( 20 gloss).
Superficial treatment for acrylic resin floor and wall covering. Three components system, that is epoxy resin based in a water emulsion. Suitable to limit the putty porosity. Waterproofing for shower trays and resin sinks. Not compatible with cementitious paste or as final superficial coating.
